Construction Update
4-Story Medical Building: The medical office building (MOB) continues to see progress on the drive-up canopy and general site work, as well as finish work on the windows with frames and glazing being installed on those on the south side.  Roof drains are being installed on the MOB and interior framing and rough-ins are continuing.

Surgery Discharge Area: The surgery discharge area is located behind the current medical office building to provide a more private discharge. This area will be opening soon.

ICU/PCU Step Down Unit: The critical care area has a great deal of work happening on the interior. As soon as heat is in the building and the drywall installation is complete, cabinetry can go in and elevators can be installed. In addition to that, over the next two weeks the ceiling grid will be put in place which includes things like nurse call, the telemetry system and IT systems.
